Staging the obvious

Launching a new company is always hard work. But it helps when you provide a service for which there is an obvious need.

By all accounts, it has never been more difficult to sell your home than now. The current real estate market is overloaded with homes for sale. So how do you ensure that you make the most of your opportunities?

A lot of thought is often put into getting potential buyers to your doorstep. But then what? That part has come down to staging your house to show it in the very best light. And that is where Pearle Staging and Design fulfills an obvious need.

To communicate the company's ability to deliver on its promises, Pearle's owner Paige Earles chose caSaas Creative Partner Necessary Design to create an engaging website. The design features a Flash-animated portfolio and an open design with lots of educational content. In fact, the site would be a great place to start for almost any homeowner once you have decided to put your house on the market.

"It was like having your own in-house marketing department," says Paige Earles of her cooperation with Necessary Design. "From the very beginning they understood what we wanted and how to make the most of our presence on the web. I absolutely love the end-result."

Speaking of an end-result is of course a little premature. As the website is powered by caSaaS web CMS, both Pearle and Necessary Design can easily add content in real-time, a facility that is used quite often. "It's amazing that someone non-technical like me can create a stunningly beautiful webpage," says Earles. "The time from idea to execution is practically nil. We had a brief two-hour training session, and then over the next couple of days it all made sense."

"Our website is the best possible showcase for how we can help people sell their homes. It is, if you'll pardon the pun, the perfect staging ground for our services and our company."
